Your deposit should have only been 2 ADA. That part you cannot spend while delegated. For example, if you delegated 350, your wallet would appear to have 348 minus the transaction fee. You can leave your wallet delegated unless you want that 2 ADA back. All other funds in your wallet can be spent, transferred, etc. Your staking rewards will be based on the amount in your wallet at the epoch boundaries.
